A bare `agent`, `agent "prompt"`, and `agent session connect <id>` now open a shared multi-session UI: a sidebar of running sessions beside the chat or a new-session composer. Headless callers keep the solo renderer. Pure session-model helpers move to src/lib/sessions.ts.
